There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Unit. The Unit has 4 TV's, 3 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.
Master Bedroom has a new King Size Bed, new 32" Flat Screen TV with DVD player, Dressers and separate closet. Master Bathroom has a Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, walk-in closet, and separate vanity area.
Guest Bedroom has two Extra-Long Twin Size Beds, new 24" Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and there is also brand new Full Size Clothes Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
Dining room and Living Room Area contains a new 46" Flat Screen TV with HBO and a Blu-Ray Player and a Wet Bar.
Den has a Queen Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area, TV with DVD and VCR, and Breakfast Area.

Rental Rates Summary:
Off season: (End of April thru Mid December) $1,200 per week or $3,400 per month for up to 5 occupants.
In Season: (Mid December thru End of April) $2,200 per week or $6,600 per month for up to 5 occupants.
Please add 10% FL tax and a $50 Association Fee. A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
Cleaning fee is included - No extra charge for high speed internet access or for unlimited local calling.
